Our network architecture built for each solution is customized after taking into account the service geography and technology requirements of the client, which include: need for ACD & IVRs systems integration, Need for Voice recording, Need for remote access for AHA or clients, etc.

System Integration…

For voice services, we have integrated our switches with the homogenous and heterogeneous switches of our clients. This integration is done using the Q signaling. While for data applications, we are open to third party integration including hosting and maintenance based on individual client needs.

Process Enablers…

Serco Global Services also utilizes our in-house technological capability such as use of WFM, Reporting, Dialers, In-house tools etc to lend additional support to the client process in a cost-effective manner.

Business Continuity…

To effectively manage client operations in a 24*7 environment, we have in place Dedicated power supplies with UPS and Generator back-ups, with full redundant systems and network connections across our delivery centers to deal with BCP/DR situations,

We maintain stringent levels of security in all its facilities which include Appropriate alarm systems, Security access system controls, Cisco's PIX 515 E and ASA 55x0 firewalls, Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS), Fire detection and suppression systems and Employee background checks.
